learning to love reading

Lately we've been going to the library. We'll get enough books for a week or two, usually 5-8 (and sometimes a cookbook for me too) and we'll read them over and over again. Sometimes we pick bad ones and sometimes we pick real winners.

Last week, our favorites were Hot Rod Hamster and Art's Supplies.

Even though I pick out most of the books and Evan gravitates toward the MEGA blocks and train table, I think it's important that we teach him to love the library and to love reading. Not a day goes by that we don't read bedtime stories.
